I don't care what anybody says, 65 on a Chinese 150 is dangerous. If you want faster on a Chinese go to a 250 and 65 is safe, 70 is pushing it. I'm talking real numbers with a GPS not the Chinometer on your bike. You want safe 70 to 80, go Taiwanese or Japanese scooters IMO.

The easiest method is an air filter. It gets kinda tricky because you have to rejet. Here's a link to BPNW for an example. Check with TVnACman, he might have some suggestions. The machining thing is blueprinting and it would definitely help but it's expensive. What is your bike and do you want more top end or what?

We can test the stator and R/R as follows:
Now we'll do the more common single phase GYW stator. It's called GYW because that is generally the color of the wires in the pigtail. Even though there are two power wires coming off of the stator it is still single phase because it is actually one wire. The yellow is center tapped on to the white, it is not a separate winding. Remember, the circuits are completed through ground wires:
The system looks like this:
Unplug the white and yellow and start the bike. Ground one probe (remember, polarity does not matter with AC current!) and put the other probe on the white with the bike running and some RPM. You should get 20 to 40v AC. Do the same with the yellow and you should get 15 to 25. If not, your stator is bad and must be replaced:
Now plug them back in and test on an exposed connector. The wires are now regulated by the R/R and both wires should read around 12v AC with some RPM. You should also get 13 to 14.5 DC on the battery if the R/R is OK.

Well Pete means lane splitting and they'll have your nards handed to you here for doing that. You also can't advance to turn right by getting in the breakdown lane. And forget about advancing in the breakdown to go around an accident or stalled vehicle unless a cop waves you on.

Cyborg can answer those questions....or at least he'll pretend to know the answers. I'll send him a text.

The man that invades Cyborg's domicile will be vaporized by weapons heretofore unknown to the public. I would not mess with this man, no way, no sir. He has a gun, entirely legal, that shoots a $9.00 bullet. It disturbs the dirt in front of the gun and of course a 1/2 mile away. If the end is neigh I want Pete on my squad.

What's your tire size Jerry? I found 16" tires all over the place when I needed a rear for the SYM. It was a 140/70-16.

Oh those bikes.....nnnnnnngggahhh!!!!! This Italian food place is run by a New York transplant. He comes out and talks to everybody in the place, well actually he yells. He squeezes your shoulder real hard and says "how ya doin'?!" He tells you he makes everything from scratch and if it's not perfect just tell him. I tell him it's perfect and he squeezes the hell out of my shoulder again. He is a force of nature and so is the food. I'm eating there way too much. I'll need a new tire way too soon if I put on weight. See how I brought that back so it's not thread hijacking?!

To clarify an oft confused issue....the enricher has a plunger that when the thermowax is cold is retracted. In this position the enricher is on because the plunger is not blocking the extra fuel. When the bike starts the stator generates electricity that heats the thermowax up and extends the plunger. This eventually pushes the plunger into the shut off position and the extra fuel is stopped. So the enricher is an entity unto itself, it cools off when the bike is off and retracts to open the enricher circuit. Once the electricity flows it starts the heating process and closes off the circuit. The enricher senses nothing, it just heats up when the juice flows. You could hook it up to the key switch and it would operate the same. DC or AC it works the same.
