Now you are getting into another topic of removing emission parts.
1. Plug tank vent then drill hole in gas cap.
2. CVT vent runs to fuel filter then atmosphere.
3. Throw airbox into garbage and install unifilter.
4. Block ERG/PAIR port on valve cover. Install another fuel filter on hose then to frame.
5. Plug one vacuum port on carb inlate if it is dual. Vacuum lines should only connect to the carb and fuel petcock.

my air filter is soaking wet now ha! I cleaned off the engine, is it a bad idea to ride it without the filter? also so oil in the filter is due to being over filled? and also oil in the air filtr will cause oil to be sucked up into the air box? what are some other causes of oil in the air box? Just on the center stand... Running the engine without an air filter is not a problem. But I wouldn't ride it down the road.

Update us once you are done. Do a very proper cleanup as I described, then update us. Don't forget pictures and videos should be though, clear, and matriculate.

At this point you have no choice but to clean it with a mild soap and water if you don't want to buy a new one. I would be very gentle with, dunk it instead of spraying pressured water on it. Maybe a quick spray of greaser then rinse. Air dry over night not in direct sunlight.
If you are going to do a proper cleanup as I previously described the airfilter should be the first item cleaned. The other cleaning will take you a while and the airfilter will be dry when you are done tomorrow.

If emission tests are not mandatory for registration, yes, throw all the emission crap in the trash as fast as possible. Your motor will thank you everyday for it.
If it is truly a overfill problem, the emission system is the reason you are having this problem. Without the emission system the overfilled oil would have dumped onto the road and be someone else's problem.

thanks for the reply. i am almost sure the oil is coming out of a big hole in my vent tube. I overfilled the bike with oil. My question now is if the air filter is coated in oil, will that cause the vent tube to continuously spray oil? also is the vent tube and egr system gathering oil a symptom of something else? Sounds like you may have this problem figured out. First you need to spend a lot cleaning up the mess. To ensure you are not spraying more oil every surface needs to be cleaned. Once that is completed properly fix the valve cover hose. Take it off, go to an auto parts store and find a match. It should be only a couple dollars. And clean out any hoses with carb spray that run to the airbox. Then clean your airfilter extremely well then air dry. Next drain the oil again. Allow it to drip as long as it needs. You want every drop out. While the oil is draining check the valve cover screws. Make sure they are tight, but not too tight. Hose connections need to be check also. Refill the oil with 750ml. Take it for a ride and check for leaks. At this point hopefully it should be fix. If you still have a leak the problem is probably a motor gasket. Then you will need to order motor gaskets and maybe a BBK.

ok well it seams it isnt the flywheel stator seal after all 1. This video is almost unviewable. You move the camera too much before objects become focused or observable. 2. If oil is coming out the front the problem is in the front. 3. Now that you understand you overfilled the oil. Did you drain everything and refill it to 750ml? 4. Do you have all the emission equipment still installed. If so that would explain why oil is in the air filter.

First are you sure you are getting good fuel flow to the carb? I ask because I just recently had a similar problem. I went through the full process of completely cleaning my carb and fuel tank. During reassembly I noticed the line from the tank to carb had a kink in it. The carb would suck up all in the carb's bowl then die. The slow trickle would refill it after a few hours.
Next question would be how does the spark plug look after you can get it to run? That would tell you if the engine is running rich or lean.

Another good one for reliability is replacing the vacuum petcock for a manual turning one. The vacuum operated ones are known to fail.

here is the style I used . John That's is the same one I was looking at. I just hate ordering parts from China. The shipping takes forever.

They wanted to be famous. They wanted everyone to know them and pay attention to them. They wanted to be in the spotlight. So they need to deal with it.
Besides, why couldn't he/she just drive like a normal person down the road? Oh well if someone takes your picture.

The article says several papperzzi were chasing him. Still doesn't excuse driving recklessly.

Not sure on yours but mine has a rube goldberg factory starting system on the carb Now that would be interesting to see.
