It looks like if I take the Enricher off I might be able to slide the carb through the frame enough it get it loose and out. My camera won't be here till tomorrow so this can't be show and tell, so bear with me iffin you can. The Enricher is held on at 2 places. It's where it screws onto the part that is screw on to the carb. I do believe I can undo either one. Which would be the safest one to unscrew?? Any springs or lil parts that I should know about???

Boys, I am having a problem. I couldn't get the 2 screws loose to un do the throttle cable, so I un did the adjustment. So that is loose. But I'll be darn if I can turn or twist to get the carb out. I undid both rubber sides that is holding it and even undid the 2 screws that hold it to the motor. I got most of the panels off again. Do I need to drop the motor?? I don't want to break anything and have to wait for more parts. Is there something else I need to remove from the carb?

Well Boys, I just got notified that my carb was delivered to my town post office at 8am this mornin and they said it would be delivered today. I don't think so, the postman leaves at 8, so tomorrow for sure. Thanks for the info on where to get it from. I guess I'll go out and start takin the trike apart. We have rain a-comin and it's COLD out there. Winter just started and already I miss summer. Oh well, as they say out west, "Get tough or Die". I'm not as tough as I used to be when I was younger, I sobered up.

Thanks Boys. I like the looks of the trike, but darn, ya got to take 6 panels off to see anything, let alone work on anything. And that's for just one side.

gas?

Thanks cyborg. The reason I asked is because I only go into town about twice a month and fill up my pickup truck with regular (cheap) gas. I then use that gas for everything, ATV, chain saw, both lawn mowers and starting a camp fire. Just wanted to know if I could use it in the trike also.
adamhoyer, richardv, I meant the search on this forum.

Thanks for the feed back royldoc. I'm still getting use to the trike. Back in the early 80ies I had a Honda 125 ATV and it had three wheels, but it felt/handled different. I've rode street bikes back in the 60 and 70ies and dirt bikes in the 70ies, but they were two wheelers, and I have a Polaris atv four wheeler now. The Polaris is a farm tool, it's for hunting, fishing and getting firewood. This trike will be nice to take the Wife into town in the summer time for hamburgers and such. The poor lil Wife is scared of horses so I need to get the trike fixed up for her and us to ride. Now, if I can just leave it mostly stock, it MIGHT be an inexpensive hobby. (is there such a thing??)

Thanks richardv, I'll check it. I have to jack it off the ground anyway, the rear hubs have a lil sideways play in both. I think I can fix that by tightening the bearing nuts.

1. Does it really matter what kind of gas I use in a 150cc? 2. How do I get passed the "ad filters" in the right hand side search?? I can't seem to figure that one out.
