What's the actual bore and stroke for it? I saw you said 189cc is the actual size which I had been wondering how much they were rounding on those. Let us know how it holds up to, I am considering snagging one if/when I blow my motor. ;D

Second fender as in the ridiculously long one off of the tail? I have been considering cutting it off just shy of the tag mounting area. Thanks for the compliments also!

You are correct, that is the stock exhaust. It sounds nice and not half bad looking, wish it were a CF can but it does the job.

K&N filter and NCY aluminum intake. Stripped all the decals except for the ones they so graciously clear coated over... All the frame brackets have been painted with John Deere Blitz Black, the footpegs driver and passenger were treated with the same paint. All the bulbs except for the running lights and the license light have been replaced with leds. Still trying to work out what to do with the headlight bulbs.

Here is what it currently looks like, I was wanting to get a new fender and pipe it out the old air intake slot.

That's a nice looking kit, the price is very reasonable too!

Several people on totalruckus have supposedly bought that kit for their "darkside" ruckus swaps(gy6 into a ruck is apparently called this). No one has reported back on if it works or how well it works. I am also intrigued by the system, but I'm not prepared to spend the money on it when I may be looking at a brand new set of rear shocks... Let's all hope the helicoil kit I have coming in today works!

Yeah, the K&N is an added option. The same filter directly from K&N is $41.99 and since I just bought one that fits on the carb I have, I think I will either go with the radiator hose option or mebbe try my hand with pvc tubing. I guess if I wanted to get really fancy, I could just go get some tubing mandrel bent and clamp it up that way and use the K&N I have.

Anyone had a good experience with this place? I noticed they have an item that no other vendor carries and would like to purchase it to be able to undo the air cleaner modification I ended up doing. Just wondering if anyone has had a good experience or if they are as bad as I have read.
Thanks!

A quick couple of pics of what I did yesterday and today before re-assembly. Will get more pics of everything installed tomorrow if the weather holds out. Original grills. New grills.

Well the scoot is here and I have already stripped it 3 times to the frame. Today the re-coloring process began. I originally ordered white but the factory has quit making white fairings... So after being seduced by the 2011 Hyabusa paint scheme, I have decided to redo the fairings in white or white /w black or gold pearl. The frame I am epoxy coating satin black.
