OK, Alley thanks, now I know what to call them. Still think the proper name would be GUIDES because they keep the plate in place.. ..

Why are the (I would call GUIDES) called SLIDES ?.. They don't slide do they ?. I noticed in all my search for them that they are mostly called SLIDES. You type it in and you usually come up with SLIDERS.. that you're not looking. for..

Ok,,I finally found the correct slider guides from Extreme Scooters, Very helpful people !! The correct slides are for the GY6B 150cc engine with the 123mm diam. Variator... They are 130mm wide at the vertical portion of the guide vs. 147mm for the 250cc engine. So now I can get my scoot doing what it is supposed to do,, Thank you all for the help !!!

OK, Mystery solved !!. Due to my one brain cell that is still partly active, I found out by going back to 2010 on this forum that I have the OEM Variator on my scoot. All the Znen 150T-18 models came with the 123mm OD Variator. Like Alley said they are 250cc Variators. That is why I couldn't find the correct size slider guides. I'm not promoting any seller but the guides are available from ebay as Alley said and also scooterparts4less alias Moxie scooter parts... Hope this helps some of the other Znen'ers with 16" wheels. Thanks for the help Alley

Thanks for your reply Alley. Yes it is a 150T-18 Znen, 16 inch Wheels, 123mm Variator. I guess I should start looking in the 250cc parts.. Yep, I'm confused

I thought I had a DR. Pulley Variator and I needed 3 Guides, ordered them from BPNW. They are too small so with a conversation with BPNW the small size goes with the DR. Pulley.. The large guides I need are : 15mm front to back 8mm high 8mm groove that slides on the plate the Variator plate diameter itself is 120mm Does anyone know where I can get the guides I need ?. I'm sure they are out there, I just haven't had any luck yet. Thanks and I hope the pictures are OK.

About the only place I can find a 155mm clutch for this 150-18T with 16" wheels is Scooter Parts for Less.. Anyone know anything about them or some other source ??. I think I'll go soak my head

OK, cyborg, thanks for your reply. However, now that I have the old clutch off I can see I have the wrong size clutch compared to the old one. I have a Znen 150-18T with 16 inch wheels so this must make the difference ?..It has had a slight chatter-shudder effect on and off since I got it several years ago, It has become much worse now. I have checked the motor mounts, I put on a DR. Pulley Variator and sliders a couple years ago to eliminate the original variator. So then I figured maybe the clutch is the bad guy, Here is some pictures of the old and new clutches, Quite a difference in size !!. Well, I've read "How to post pictures" but me and my computer are too dense to get it done. I could email them if someone would post the pictures. In the mean time I'll work on posting the pics.. Thanks a lot..

I just bought a new standard type clutch for my 150cc Znen. The new clutch appears to be compressed compared to my old one. The main spring is compressed much more between the pulley's than the old one I guess is what I'm trying to say. It's definitely a legit clutch. Thanks for the help...
