Welcome to the forum cashflow, I would first do a PDI on that scoot, oil (any good grade 10w40, or motorcycle oil) I use the castrol 10w40 part synthetic blend oil, I just turned 8,000 mile today.

That sound like the valves went shut or need some adjustment, I'd start there first:) I know valve problems can cause stalling, I've been there and done that.

Get some sea foam first, it will super clean gas and carb, also when was the last valve adjustment? check air filter, do a good PDI on that scoot.

Should be a matel plate under your seat for the info on engine size and what kind, or on the muffler side of your scoot. also check out scappydogscooters.com for cheap parts also.

I would put scoot on center stand, take cap off and let set for a few hours, then check it. sometime it takes a long time for those air bubbles to work themselves out.

I know those valves can close on you, the last valve adjustment I did the exaust was down under .003
