thanks for the tips but i am going to have to atleast remove the clutch bell. the old belt wire wrapped around in there. and the kick start gears fell out of the case when i first opened it up.

I am trying to put a new cvt belt on and i do not have an impact drill.....can i just use a torque wrench and if so whats the range of ft lbs to set it to??? so i can remove pulley and get the wire that wrapped around my clutch.

im not getting fuel to fuel filter alone from fuel pump being jacked any other issues that would keep it from working?

left rear turn signal and front right head light are the issues correcting any confussing replys

thank you i wiped out and bounce the bike 6 times at about 1500 miles at 30 mph and around 3000 i started to notice the reaer tail light connection coming loose but fixed it a feels electrical i will get a multi and get on it thank you this 125 is a pain in the arse considering they only made them for 1 year but ive heard excellent results on mileage from the motor and being zongshen

I have never adjusted the valves it cranks has plenty of compression no popping what so ever as far as i can tell motor is tip top and have kept my maintanance up every 1500 miles it now has 6000 miles on it

i have spark its a zongshen 125cc motor its getting fuel wants to start but seems electrical sometimes the left rear turn signal will work and now it wont bulbs are fine. the front right headlight always comes on when key is turn before starting now when its try to start its seems to flash some jolt of electricity to it. I have removed the 5 pin cdi and i get the same results so im puzzled if it could be more or if any of you have ever experienced this problem

left turn signal went out now right front headlight wants to work but the bike died while i was riding the other night and it tries to start is this more than likely a short in the cdi or what not sure how those little cheap electrical boxes function and is it possible to repair?

my dumbass fixed the air filter box to carb connection was off and sum how spark plug connection came undonne just enough to not start and enough to pass my eye for being connected...now im going to put an exhaust header on thanks guys

i cleaned the filter it cranks and wants to start but i think its dead im just going to sell it for a few hundred on craigslist

I found alot of oil in a little air filter pad. and the air box filter i guess relief hose was full my bike bogged out and smelt like it was flooded or really rich i am however riding at the moment with out an exhaust or header im at 4550 on the bike is it typical to build up oil like that in the air box?

exhaust fell off my 125cc baja tried to go back a few hours later to pick it up when it cooled off and someone got it...i have a dash 50 just sitting the bolts match up just wondering about performance if a 50cc exhaust would be good enough to protect my valves???

the bolt that screws into my gear oil fill hol on trans case is stripping any suggestions on how to fix issue or how to fix threading in case?
