I woke up early and took my PST-150-7T for an spin. It was doing really good . I hit some decent bumps on the road but nothing I deemed to serious . Half an hour later the scooter died. I had no throttle response and cant get it started again. I think I have reseated the spark plug cap but not totally sure since I don't have an manual for this trike. The started still works so I am assuming it isn't siezed and this is a minor deal. Any help appreciated.

If it is already cracked then you need to repair the cracking area before you do what Alley did, otherwise the cracking will continue. Napa sells a two part expoxy weld for plastics that works very well. Of course you may be wasting your time, since you did a charge back on the dealer that sold you the machine and mostlikely will loose it anyways. Both Jim and Alley are correct , the bracket underneath with distribute the energy if it is padded like alley mentioned. Jim mentioned the epoxy great, but you will need to stop drill the cracking . Where the leading edge of the crack is drill a small hole greater diameter then the crack. Then I would seal as Jim told you. The other problem with Jim is all you. I don't know the history but this is a public open forum. Good luck

Lee you have not put after market mirrors on that yet??? Guess you will have to take it apart and see what is loose, when I cleaned my garage out about 2 weeks ago I threw a set of them in the trash didn't think anyone would have a use for them. The after market mirrors are longer and screw right were the originals were Mike who offers these after market mirrors. I have an 2012 ice bear pst150-7t and man they vibrate like mad. I have stuff in the space ear hearing protection foaminess to keep the vibration to an minimum. And to the person who thinks they have to delete some of my posts. This is not necessary since they are not in violation of nay rules on this board. So if recommending an member do an write up to I dont know, help out someone else instead of I have an secret.

The only thing I have not completed on mine is the rear wheel hubs at the bolt ons. That light sleeve and the china bolts just are not holding up. Gonna match a bolt to the roller bearings and do away with the soft metal sleeve. Will be no more play in the wheels than Mike sounds like an excellent opportunity for an write up to share the knowledge. Aslo I saw your post on the chain. How do I know I need to adjust the chain ?

Why even bother with that just stick a 300cc motor on a 150 trike. What hurts the trikes is the weight mine weighs in at 350 lbs and I weigh 180 so moving a heavy object off the line is quite a bit for a 150. You need more power so you can get the weight moving then once the weight is moving the motor does not have to work so hard and you can then work on speed. Alleyoop will an 300cc motor fit? I wold love to do that with the exception of finding tires in the rear that can handle the heat.

OK lets try this again. I have the Icebear 150 cc trike and I have grease spraying out of one of the two hole on the rear end. One person asked if I was missing the grease fitting . I havent noticed it although the grease is coming from one of two holes in the center of the rear end. IS there an plug missing ? The two holes are 180 appart from each other.

I bought this scoot off of the chaplain in my command . This is a 150cc trike not sure what engine though. The issues i noticed that i dont know how to fix is grease from the rear diff is comming out of one of the holes. Only one hole spews the grease. So i dont know if i need to replace the diff and drive axles or is there a quick fit for this??
Also i cannot seem to find the brackets to hold the body onto the frame. Is there a way to get the screws and brackets???
