took it for a ride at three turns out idle turned up to about 1800k still pops every so often would lowering the needle help any?

it runs best at 2 turns out so just leave it i guess and not slam the throttle shut?

i just checked when i turn the throttle back slower it doesn't pop i usually twist it back fast

so my idle jet is lean? My idle is set around 1500 china tach so turn the a/f screw out to three turns?

my scooter will pop when i let off the throttle about 1/4 throttle, it popped with the 18mm carb also i tried to turned the a/f screw out a half turn still pops but not as bad, strange thing is that it was colder yesterday and no popping but today was warmer and the popping started again my valves are set at .003 intake and .004 exhaust btw i changed the head to hoca head and a 52mm bbk it popped when the ebay kit was on too only thing that is the same is the exhaust pipe

check your brake adjustment by the rear wheel loosen it and see if that fixes the issue

I put a 24mm carb on my scooter and the spacer was causing a air leak ran badly the spacer doesn't match up with the intake manifold since its bigger i took the spacer out it runs like a champ will it hurt to run without the spacer, the 150cc manifold sits up the same height without the spacer as my stock 50cc manifold did with the spacer

did the lights last night took me five minutes thanks again alley made it a breeze, got a running and a brake light in one led strip

i got the dual element splitter and the led strip what color wires do i need to hook the dual element splitter up to

it revs but sputters bad unless i put my finger under the bottom of the manifold to block the leak i think it will be good when my manifold comes in

i had the clip on the outside of the small brass piece in the diaphram not under it like it was originally whoops
