I change it every spring with the usual spring tune up oil, filter, plug, rotate the air, muffler bearings, rear gear oil, etc.

Yea, but I can't justify $11,000 for a 670cc scooter/bike auto trans regardless of it's 25 different light displays. (even if I did have 2 legs)
Think I'll get a (used) Goldwing trike for the same price.
It all comes down to what u get for the money u spend

Agreed, Mike bought it, it's his, the shop is fixing (?) the heating problem.
Hopefully the shop will warranty/guarantee/stand by their work.
Anything else that goes wrong is business as usual.

I'm a 65 YO guy thats gonna retire 30 Sep, and let me tell ya, scootin is more fun than you've had in a long time (it took me a long time to say something nice)
I went from a Goldwing ( and a Honda Shadow Sabre) to this trike and am having almost just as much fun.
So, you ain't too old to start having fun again. Hell, Alley is like 97, and he's still scooting around.

As long as they guarantee their work, and make note that it had a cooling problem, and if the cooling issue persists, they'll fix it free and clear, I'd keep it. And any future issues can be worked out as they happen.
