It is a Head light #h4 or 9003. You can find All bulb #'s in the thread called CF Moto Fashion light bulb change. Dave

Did u ever finish your conversion? Pics? I am didabled as well so a trike is right up my alley.. To be honest no. I'm still in the process of painting everything. The can's or wheel covers are done. Main frame assembly is in 14 pieces, counting 4 end caps. I'm trying to paint when it's not going to rain for a couple of days. Unfortunately it rains just about everyday here in Griffin Ga. Tomorrow I plan on installing LED tail light's on can's. If possible I'll paint some more thursday or Friday. My 2 CENT'S!!! ;D If you don't already have a scooter, I would recommend a pre assembled trike. One like an Ice Bear would probably serve you better. Alley, Magoo & a few others have them and swear by them. Dave

I totally agree with Alley you're going to need a decent multi-meter. Just make sure it test for continuity. A light tester is useful to. I have one made by snap-on & I haven't used it in 20 year's. That's only because I don't do low voltage motor controls & energy management control systems any longer. I personally prefer my amp probe multi-meter. That's just me.
If I remember right if you test your battery at rest with a full charge anything from 13.2 to 13.8 is great. 12.6 to 12.9 average. 12.0 to 12.4 is bad.

Good that we got that cleared up. Yea if stuff if getting juice with the IGNITION KEY CONNECTOR UNPLUGGED then it is getting juice from the RED WIRE someplace in the HARNESS. So Follow the RED THIN RED WIRE BACK and you will find it. Because the RED WIRE CARRIES THE JUICE to the KEY then the KEY feeds the rest of the system. Alleyoop Ok Alley is telling you the Right of it. He will not purposely steer you wrong Now or ever. He Will pull your leg if he get's a chance But not in a situation like this. Like he said He's learning some of this to But I Personally feel he is right on this. Now look at it thusly here is a chance to learn more about your scoot. It's an adventure that will lead to you riding down the road with a Feeling you did it yourself. So maybe you gained some knowledge from new friend's, but you did the work yourself. Priceless!!!! THAT'S MY 2 cent's Dave PS bashan= Rich is IMO Flustered to Be cause he own this scoot & knows what He doing which is not only help you but to help other people in the future. You know Pay it Forward.

I agree with Kz. From looking a photo you posted it appears rusted. MO would be to spray some rust buster on it & let it set for 20,30 minutes then try it.

Here's why it's so cool. My wife doesn't need to bum rides off of me, she has her own little rocket and she's not afraid to use it. The Rebel has an 85 mph speedometer and one day, after riding to Binghamton on the Interstate, she came home to tell me, "I pinned the speedometer today." That's why it's kind of nice that she'll still hop on back of mine. Ohhh LOL. New Yorkers...So don't be when she ask you to hop on the back of her's. That still cool Kz, And thanks for enlightening me.LOL. Dave

Mike I like how you installed your cup holder. ;D Is the zip tie the only thing holding it on? The Universal Slip40 Windshield is pretty cool to. Dave
