To my Knowledge you do not gap an Iridium plug. You can damage the precious metal tip. Try using it before messing with it. Mine was installed without gaping and works just fine. The owners manual says to gap the cheap stock plug but, says nothing about an expensive pre gaped plug. This is only my opinion but gapping is unnecessary. Just Plug and Play ;D I suspect others may have a different view.

I use a cable purchased from home depot. not a bike or scooter lock but, 1/2in by 9ft wire rope cable sling. and a boron alloy master lock. The cable and lock together must weigh 30+ lbs. NCY an Bell both offer $100 plus chain locks that seem fairly stout but, My set up is just as secure for 1/3 the cost. I use the handlebar lock and a cheap u-lock Thur the front rim (cheaper than a disk lock). I run the cable Thur the back rim around the scoot body and a concrete stop sign while parked overnight at work. Any thoughts on these expensive chains like the Bell Rampage or New York Fahgettaboudit ?? I was reading someones opinion that chains are better than cables. I disagree.

Different weights Yes. Alternating them is good for fine tuning the total weight without buying complete sets. Now, Mixing rollers and sliders?? I'm not to sure thats a good idea.

I too was thinking of a Carbon Fiber Looking fan with matching cover and air scoop. I can do without the chrome look as well 13lky2 but to each his own. Is there really a benefit or do the fans just look cool? Pun intended

I thought a gallon of gas was part of the meth lab!?!? This top box could be part of introducing more scoots to the U.S. Just think, if every Pizza/ Sandwich shop had one to make deliveries. More scoots on the road and gas savings for delivery drivers and, more profit for local businesses. I like this Top Box. If sold separately from the scoots this could be a great investment.

Unless doing a frame up build, a new harness seems like to much work to me. IMO!!! Rewiring the entire scoot is a very big job. A learning experience indeed. If you go thru with it Label every wire and connection!!!! Twice even!!! and make sure the new harness matches exactly. Label for label!!!! Good luck Brother. Take lots of pics too!!!!!!! Some for posting but most for remembering whats what and where it goes.

The sad part is, to add a warning label someone had to misuse the product!!!

I looked at one of these on Amazon just yesterday. Think it would work using an emergency impact wrench? Lots of us already have chargers with the quick connect on the battery. This could open up all kinds of accessories to use on scoot that don't have the plug built in. I would be mindful of draining the battery though

Gouging indeed!! Now, are we finally running low on fossil fuel resources or is the gas hike due to demand? Why does it cost more for gas in the summer? Does gas really need to be refined different for summer months? My V8 cage runs very well with winter gas but Knocks badly with the summertime gas. I don't get it I understand making a quick buck at airport stations for convenience to the car renter but, why the increase on prices just because it's summer. The same 3$ a gallon gas purchased during winter months will work just as well if not better than 5$ a gallon during summer months.
