Well, new gasket, reassembled. No change. Just like the video before, approx. 30 seconds of normal running, then it fades and dies.

Alright, you two. Am I gonna have to separate you? In any case, I want something that isn't going to fall completely dead once a month, requiring me to open the engine to recrevelate the dowatter. Tires, oil? That's normal.

Gonna work on it today, finally have time.
Relapping valves? How do I know if I actually need this and if so, how do I do it?

I need my current bike running to trade it in, save me a few more bucks and put the old bike to some good use.

The 250 in question is $1500, but if that falls through I'll send a PM to Cookee. I AM looking for a larger bike, tho.

I'm gonna have to take a little trip over to that shop and get me a SYM 250, then.

The 200 is by a private seller, no payments on that. The other 250 can take payments, it's from a dealer. Anyone know about those?

The one I've got is too high in maintenance. The Lancer 150 from TaoTao. What brands are good? I've seen a SYM 250 listed, but no idea if SYM is a good brand or not.
What brand/model have you guys had good luck with?

Darn. They only want $1888 for it, after a trade in and some down payment I can get it for a low monthly. But if it don't ride well, then there's no point.

It's cold now, so I'll do that when putting the gasket in.

There is one for sale at a local shop. Anyone have experience with these? Good? Bad? High Maintenance?
