Oh wow! You worked at Wiseco? I put one of those in my 1967 Bridgestone 90. Made it get up and go quicker. Wowie a 67 Bridgestone, Scweet. Glad you made it through without a Seizco problem. Back then might have been a Sand Casting with Dykes top Ring? Aqua or Orange Colored box? Being the KZ guy figured you enjoyed the plethora of Big Bore, Big Block, High Comp. or Blower Pistons. Up to 1425 cc. Farrs out of Tulsa Cast the Big Blocks for us. Stainless "O" ring the Block for use of Copper Head gasket. Russ Collns, Schultz and the Suk Man Terry Vance and Byron Hynes. Good times.

Doesn't that say 2T up there? I would be more concerned about carbon buildup than break in using a four stroke oil in a valve less engine. I would use a good two stroke oil to brek in a two stroke. Missing the 2 Smoker somewhere there KZ. Then Maxima. Then Zoomie if you can track him down. The poster Axed for the BEST thats why I recommended Gibbs. Valvoline has a So called "Racing Oil" that has all the good Stuff in it for $4.46 Papa J or Pizza Slt for $18 and were concerned bout $5-$9 quart of Earl.

Its a 1 cylinder motor not a gargantuan racing engine lol especially at 9 bucks a quart thats going to be short lived. I use it to Break in a Hit and Miss Don Deere. With a Pizza costing $18, your worried bout a Superior $9 break in Oil? At Least us a High Content Zinc, Sulfur, Phosphorus Erl.

I have one yet to install I find the Flange Thickness is only .039 The piston has no Pin oiling ie Forced Pin oiling. I have made my own. I also find past +2mm in Stroke the Rod Length to Stroke Ratio in No Bueno! ie Harsh Rod Angle,Comprising Ring Seal Hard on Piston Skirt and Cylinder Wall. Alley's Right On with the 16/37 Gear recommend.

I see Banning Members Just cuz you Don't like them or you don't Agree with Them is your MO. Oh C'mon Ally, Don't get Your Depends in Such a Wad. Relax, It's a Scooter Forum. Wrong Again, Any overbore of 1mm or .039 and Beyond is a Factor. with Squish Clearance. And You Admittingely Didn't Build your Own BBK. So How Would you Know? And If you did know you would know that The Larger Stroker Cranks will require a Piston With the Wrist Pin Location Moved Up In the Piston, What is called CD/CH, Compression Distance or Compression Height,
Yusa Like Good Mexican Food, I just cant back away from the table.

You really do not have to worry about that if your not putting in a stroker crank. Alleyoop looks Like i'm going to Hang for this Miss Information police. Wrong! The Major Factor with Squish Clearance is Bore Size or Going to Big Bore kits. What Happens to The Squish Area as the Bore Gets Bigger?? Just Couldn't Hep My Sef Again. Just So Darn Easy. Ok i'll go Away Now,
