Can you take a picture and email it to me I can put it up for you. That is what I do if folks have a hardtime figureing out how to post pics here. All you do is take a picture of your carb put it on your computer just on your desktop with all the other ICONS on the screen or a wherever you have stuff pictures or whatever.

1. RIGHT CLICK, then CLICK ON COPY
2. Go to your email open a new EMAIL
3. RIGHT CLICK and CLICK pn PASTE.
4. Type in my email and that is it.

LET ME KNOW I CAN PM you my EMAIL don't want the world to know my EMAIL address(HAHA).




What I cannot understand is If your carb is like picture #36 There is NO OTHER HOLES but what you see on BOTH SIDES OF THE CARB? UNLESS OF COURSE your missing a HOSE then Yes you will have a problem, that is why I would like to see what you have to fix you up.

I know #43 is not like yours that is a 24mm carb I just wanted to show you what is behind the ENRICHER and how it works. On yours it it built as part of the carb and does not come off.

Is it kike mine bo? The idle screw is under the brass cap.

iv done put the plastic back on wont to ride it was 58 today and its got to run better than it did today or its going to find it a new home its smother to death for some reason.let me know if you can tell by looking at richard.by the way richard have you look at yours ,do you know where it got that hole or not bo

Richard take pictures of each side of the carb. The only one hole he may be talking about is on the side of the THROTTLE CABLE. That Hose in your picture goes into the carb which is near the top. That whole thing is the ACV valve and is so it does not RUN LEAN when you backoff the throttle at high speeds. So yes if that hose is not connected it will loose Vacuum causing problems.

Alleyoop, I talked to bo and here is what I think his talking about, the drain hose looking on the inside. Is this it bo?

He said high on the carb the drain is at the bottom of the CARB.

High on the carb there are only two connectors the Overflow Vent on the Left side and the ACV valve on the Right side. Unless he has some other type of carb, but he said the 30mm carb Picatures I put up look like his the only thing his the IDLE SPEED screw is faceing up Vertical and not Horizontial.

I asks for pictures and to email them to me and I would put them up for him but haven't been asked for my email addrees.

Bo said he has the same carb I have. I thought bo meant that because he said if you follow where you mark overflow vent pointing to the jet and follow up there is a hole. (sorry bo)

Talked to Bo again, he feels that he's not getting enogh gas when he stating his scoot, though the enricher is working, bo going to take carb off again and take pic of the area he is talikng about.

Here is another one. pencil pointing to it. I think what Bo is pointing to is where the extra gas comes in for the enricher if I'm correct?

that is where the inricher git it gas but the gas level is below the hole when the settlen bowel is full so the inricher will suck air insted of gas that my opinion.that hole must be there for a reason for it look like to me its machine but it could be and air bubble in the casten from the foundery i would just like to know what purpose this hole plays bo
