Of course the short wheel base makes it a lot easier to do wheelies.

Hard to find a 150cc with a shortcase with 10 inch wheels except for the Vespa style scooter. I think your looking for something like a 50cc scoot with a 150cc motor. You could get a 50cc and swap in a 150cc motor. Alleyoop

Yes, it is a splash system, the case has a small hole so that some oil goes into the Reverse and forward casing as well.

In hot places it is very important that the tank vents good the fumes create a lot of pressure and stop or slow the fuel from flowing out.
Also Your Fuel Filter is Backwards, the wider part of the filter which is where the actual filter is attached to goes toward the carb. You want the fuel to be outside the filter being sucked through it. The other way it restricts how fast the fuel can get through because it is still in the line. Alleyoop

HAHAHAHA, You will be amused at where they put the fill hole(GREAT DESIGNERS THAT THEY ARE--NOT) Here is the FILL HOLE and you have to take the SPROCKET off to get at it But Do not use it use the TRANNY VENT HOSE to fill it Get an OIL CAN it only takes 8 oz's.

Reflex are hard to come by they are a rare breed, so if in good shape and looks like it has not been layed down then drive it and get it up there in the 60mph range to make sure it handles good. Most people just take it around the block at 30-40mph but test it out at high speeds that is when things might show up, vibrations, won't take throttle, heats up etc..

They are stuck in the closed position bleeding is not going to help that situation. It has to be the plunger is not releasing the pressure after you left go of the brakes the brakes stay on. So I would suspect the plunger not returning back, broken or very weak spring or the rubber seals are damaged and causing the plunger to bind. Alleyoop

Word of advice put some silicone on the drain screw, they tend to vibrate loose even if held onto the bracket on the cvt cover.
