I am going to be looking at a 2008 Znen Roar(actually a 2008 Eurospeed ES250M1)and need some general advice and opinions. The bike has no miles on it and I know that there can be some issues with the bike sitting in a crate or showroom. Of course I know to change the oil and coolant asap. The oil sitting in the bike should cause no problems, but what about coolant? Also, is 2008 a bad year for Chinese scooters in general? I know that there were a lot of imports in 2008 that were not sold before the economy went in the crapper and there was a backlog of 2008 bikes for many years, what I want to know is what quality issues do 2008 bikes have. Here is a picture of the type bike I will be looking at.  |

Dude is not happy with his But, he does not seem too unhappy with it either. He seems as though he is one of those people who wants to get a bike in a box, open it up and go without checking out the tightness of the bolts etc. |

you're right twowheeler, that's how i keep myself young , i'm 76 but i only feel like 69.,( i always like this 2 numbers together..) But, 76 is 8 better. (Correction for math error.) Whoops 77 is 8 better. but you should find that out after your next birthday. |

Kelly's Blue Book indicates the bike should sell for about $2000.00. The extras on the bike should make some sort of difference.

Not that kind of insurance. That was the first thing Progressive said... "So sorry no checko for you!" LOL If you did not have the scooter insured against theft maybe it would be covered under your home owners insurance. It is at lest worth a call to your insurance agent. |
