Davec ~ I looked at the link you included. As you know, with a 50cc many would consider it an under-powered machine, but it also has those advantages such as being legal to use in the shoulder lanes, no insurance required, general driver's license only, and a bit cheaper. Since I'm using if for mostly local runs for shopping and the like, the only one I've found with a front basket (and sizeable rear trunk...and a hitch for my trailer) is the Mini Cruzzer, but thanks for the info. I appreciate it. I am a huge proponent of taking the MSF class, having a MC endorsement, insurance and ATGATT. I feel a 50cc is too under powered to ride safely in traffic. To me, a 150 is the minimum one would need to participate with the big boys. But, if you feel the cruzzer fits your needs, (basket n trunk n hitch) my opinion is just that. Whatever you get, i hope you ride the hell outa it and enjoy every trip. I know I enjoy mine, and, you can't go wrong getting it from Jim (Rapid Repair) I'm still a youngun, (65) so I have different needs I'm retiring next week, and plan to get a lot more use out of my trike running errands around town. enjoy Dave

I really enjoy my Icebear 300cc trike. No significant issues to date, a couple small ones, (exhaust collar and coolant hose) but nuttun significant.

I doubt if adjustment of the air/mix screw will be enough to clean up that plug. That looks to be maybe twice as much gas going thru as needed. Yea, that's what I was thinking, which is kinda why I gave a Plan A and a Plan B

If its running rich, how would one fix that problem if the plug looks like that? Just adjust the fuel screw? Initially I'd say yes. If, after adjusting, it's still rich, you may have to do some jetting (I don't like the word re-jet)The re-jet folks can guide u on that task, along with a utube video

Hit an oil slick at slow speed, fall out of the saddle, pop your head sideways on the pavement, brain bleed, 20 minutes later goodbye, hope you had fun. It is just not worth it and I will not go into why I know first hand about this. Wear a helmet at the very least, of course full face is better, but wear a hat. If trying to look cool means that much you just don't get it, you don't belong on two wheels, and you're a pretender. Totally agree Most of me is still here cause I had on a full face. Additional Brain damage can't be determined cause I was already a mess. (so says my ex) Be smart Look smart Act smart

I would get one. I like the solo style, the low seat, the power, EFI, the powder blue (or whatever that colour is) Once I relearn how to ride on two The 3 gal tank.........it's an around town cruizer. Get a Chieftan for road trips. (but i really like the Chief Vintage too) Polaris should be applauded for bringing back the Indian. The did well with the Victory line up, and should do well with this line up.

I always knew Luke was a chain puller. And I approve his post. This kinda proves Luke really does more than trailer the tub, and has the mechanical know how to rebuild a scoot.
Good on ya Luke-ster.

When was the last time you adjusted the valves? Me thinks if it were electrical, (fuse, plug, ) it would not have started the 2nd time You replaced the carb, it ran fine, no adjustments, so don't think thats it either
But, if anyone knows, Alley knows. (He's like Chucky) (or the Shadow) I know Nothing (Sgt Schultz) cause I ride a 300cc Icebear trike
