No, but he is going to have to deal with being one if he has any intention of using this bike much longer.

Correction, it had 400 miles on it when he got it. He has abused it quite hard..he almost deserves it!! I broke my motor in quite lightly, and always let it warm up, or be very gentle on the throttle for a bit, and mine is doing great. Although I'm quite hard on it now. At some point when going down a long enough hill my motor stops sounding like a motor and more like a giant sine wave. At that speed, there must be at least 10-11k going on in there! Of course I let it warm up real well before abusing it like that!

We just went out for a ride, and my brother was doing his usual thing, full throttle right from cold start on his scooter (he has practically abused this thing like that since he got it. It had like 600 400 miles on it when he got it and he never let up on the throttle), and then all of a sudden he is blowing SMOKE out his tailpipe! Whoops! He's burning oil now!

I've almost hit THREE THOUSAND miles on my scooter! 77 miles to go (2923 on file)! Hopefully the engine lasts that long :3

I find it quite hard to say no to people as well. I'm naturally a generous person, and that extends to my computer tech skills. My family and friends know me as the GO TO guy for computer help. Even my neighbor called me today to debunk one of those fake "YOUR COMPUTER HAS A VIRUS AND WE HAVE PICKED UP ON IT!!" phone calls. I just like to help people.
The problem is that this is what I want to do for a career, and once you've established that you're a generous person, people keep coming back for more freebies! I'm getting better at it, and I'm starting to say no to anybody ask me for anything for free. Some people just come in and expect it to be free, but as a fresh high school graduate, I need the money too.

Face! If that's where you actually live, then Wild! When I lived on Village Dr by Alpine Valley, I dated a girl who lived on Sandy Crest Rd. Too cool. That's exactly where I live, actually.

For extra effect, if somebody can explain why valves that go in and out get tighter over time when they are constantly under stress, that would be even better. Even I don't understand that. Heating and contracting?

Quick question. Do valves get tighter or looser over time? I swear they get tighter.

You need to wash everything in the house with bleach. Clothes, Bed linen, furniture... Wipe down hard surfaces... you may not prevent it coming back, but it will make it damn hard to re-occur. I just cleaned all the hardwood floors and hard counter tops with bleach and a mix of Pine Sol. Next up is to get all the bedding cleaned..and all the clothes. And we're probably going to get all the carpets professionally cleaned.

Update for everyone: She was diagnosed with Mange, today. They say it's treatable, and within hours of giving her the first treatment of oral steroids, her scratching has been greatly reduced and she's beginning to open her eyes again. I think that the Mange was MAKING her not open her eyes!
It took 7 months before they finally diagnosed her with it. But thank god that they finally did. She can finally sleep peacefully at night, and her fur will begin to grow back.
Sure we still don't know how much longer we have with her, and while that still may not be long, she will live out the rest of her days happy, and not in misery.
Now on to the other concerning problem...the chance of Mange coming back even after it's treated, especially because of the cancer she has, is very high. So she may get it back. And not to mention that the type of Mange she has can be spread to humans, so there is a high chance that everyone in household now has it and will require treatment for it. Great...

We adopted a 14 year old black lab last year, because she looked like she needed a last few good years of life. I've literally taken on the role of "mothering" her. I feed, clean, and love her to death, and I have grown very attached to her in the past year. But I think she's reaching the point where it's almost time to go. She has been deaf since we got her, and over the past three days she has completely lost her vision. She still eats and drinks but she seems uncomfortable. She also has what we believe to be a cancerous tumor, which we think is depriving her skin of nutrients, as her skin is very dry and she itches constantly. There's really nothing left that I can do for her. I gave her a soothing bath when we got home tonight, gave her some water, an antibiotic, and a dose of pain killers. She laid down in a room and was shivering and making a moaning noise. I wrapped her in a blanket and made sure she was warm, and I think she fell asleep because she started to twitch like she does when she's asleep. This is just really hard to watch. We may have only had her for a year, but we love her so much, me especially. I can't bear to witness this, you guys. Sorry for the massive vent. I just needed somewhere to let all this pent up sadness out..

I went ahead and changed my oil again after about 800 miles. The oil looked good, no metal shavings, to be honest it almost looked like it didn't need to be changed, but I did it anyways. I've noticed that my engine does not take the recommended .9 quarts before it is full. I get about .79-.85 quarts in before the dipstick is "full" to the top of the XXXX's, without screwing it in. What gives?! Should I be putting more in?

Okay guys, so this thing can't come out with clipping wires. Anyways, the thing was completely missing it's pickup coil, so that would sort of explain why there was no spark (but it doesn't explain why we got it sparking for a split second a couple times). So I'm just going to assume that this stator is shot and I'm going to need another one. I've looked quite extensively to try to find a stator with two poles like that, but I cannot find one. Can it be replaced with a generic Chinese one if I get the wiring correct? The wiring has to be snipped from the connector on the stator to remove it anyways, because the connector is too big to be removed from the stator housing.
