hitshane --> "I just did everything you did including a valve adjustment".... As "hitshane" said above (different gas) a fast and easy task... We put gas in the tractor / which was actually "KEROSENE" we stocked up for the winter & possible power outage..... OOOPS ! I would then move to "Valves" and check for proper gap, for more reasons than one. If you charged the "battery".... Battery, your charger may have shorted something out. Check this video out and see if it helps : Link: electrical checkIf the gas and valves aren't the problem - AND - the video helps find the issue, post back and let us know what it was / or wasn't

Anyone know the "Best" unrestricted cdi & high performance ignition coil for gy6 150cc ?
Thinking my advanced curve cdi is not all its supposed to be / or is wearing out. Do they wear out slowly - or just fail ?

Thanks Fugaziiv... I had seen these before which got me interested --- Unfortunatly they are out of stock and the Japanese company only sends a shipment every six (6) months to once a year according to drowsports. I cant believe that no one else (Japanese, Chinese, German, French, American) make them. MONOPOLY ------- M-O-N-O-P-O-L-Y ....... D_ MILLIONS ----------- M-I-L-L-I-O-N-S ---- of "GY6-150cc" scooters and no one interested in making big bucks on it. The Japanese "HATE" the "Chinese" and ****DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT ON A CHINESE SCOOTER. I was having conversations with Frando via e-mails and they had fun running me all over with the specs - one question after another. I pointed them to Drowsports web link showing their (Frandos) product and Frando has not responded in the last three days. Insanity !!!!

Well, since final gears have been brought up... I have recently swapped my final gears to 15/36.
Other upgrades include sparkplug, cdi - no rev limit, high ignition coil, dumped air filter box for uni-filter, motorio dual ramp 115mm variator (17/13 gram sliders), stock clutch with 1500rpm contra spring and... thats about it.
So would a bigger rear tire do anything.... the final gear swap only lowered my rpm's - top speed is 55 on the scooters dash board. 55 mph @ 6k rpm

Hello, Cant figure out if fact or fiction ---> A bigger (taller) rear wheel increases speed ? - True or false If true, I have 130/60-13 rear tires on gy6 150 long case (157QMJ). Tried to find 130/60-16 and 130/60-17 on internet for "rear" -- no luck. Also, If speed would be increased by a larger tire I wonder what the MPH increase would be. Thanks.
