Still looking for some stuff for my E-Ton R4 refurb/mod & re-style project.

I want to delete the long rear fender hanging off the end of the frame.
To shield the undercarriage and modified intake replace it with a low tire hugging type something like this: www.partsforscooters.com/100-16_GY6_Rear_Fender

Size needs to work with the 12 inch tire and a longish one without the shock cut-outs would be preferable... I'd mold dents or make cuts myself as needed.

Better still would be a generic plastic fender the right diameter that is radiused side to side... fab-ing up a mount system and trimming to desired length is no biggie.

If anyone knows of something that sounds like either description above can you let me know, maybe post a link?

That's how mine and my brother's are... we bought a pair
of almost new '07 Beamer R4's (Mod PN2F) around the holidays.

I was curious about the odd switch locations but didn't know it was a violation of federal DOT standards.

Maybe I'll give them a call about it... suppose they'd have to swap out both switch clusters for new ones.

Sure looks like a rectifier to me.

Probably a better one than the non-finned type which are prone to failure due to overheating.
(Ask me how I know that! )
