That 150cc is too big to utilize the spoked rim from the Express.

www.mopedarmy.com/photos/brand/22/6411/Mine has more issues than the image , so not really interested in restoration. Bought one recently.Motor is in good shape but has a funky rewind kick starter.50ccs and needs lots of work on the bike itself. Planning on buying a 90cc and replacing all electrical and the front end due to damage. Couple of options on the front end , I can go with a MTN Bike forkset and use the original Honda rim after having it relaced and using a new rear hub for the Express and having it relaced as well to fit the new engine . I have a question that I need answered 1st though. 1) What is the diameter of the GY6 rear assembly with drum brakes? Any opinions on this and please give me your thoughts on this swap.

Here is an idea that the guys at MotorizedBicycle are using. Light weight and adaptable.Should be able to fair something like this into our front plastic or even into the original light basket.steampunkworkshop.com/home-depot-bike-headlight

Hey . Those lights look like they would be a good candidate for a group buy! I don`t know if that is done in the scoot world or this board , but I have participated in some on other boards that I am a member of and realized great savings . Just an idea and a little work , so be gentle.
