Second fender as in the ridiculously long one off of the tail? I have been considering cutting it off just shy of the tag mounting area. Thanks for the compliments also! Yep, I cut mine off just below the license plate bracket.

First thing you need to do is chop that secondary fender and just use the one over the wheel.I did that on my Bashan and it improved the looks 100%. Either way that is a very nice ride.

If your seat is going to be suspended , you probably won`t have any control issues. But, it is something to consider.

I like the rendering. About the swing-arm, I think you might have control issues if you make it a hard tail, but that is just my opinion. These small scoots can kinda wander around .

I know that other members have had issues with engines from this company, but I figured that they could`nt screw up a small order such as a helmet . I was wrong . Went by the sizes on their website, ordered an Extra-large, got a big head ;D.The helmet is labeled XL but is too small by half. My 10 yr old nephew might be able to wear it. So,Do not buy anything from them. They just don`t care about their customers at all. They will not return my emails and can not get them on the phone to correct this.

Got a little bit of a problem with the rims that I bought. Was changing the rear tire on my Bashan and thought,What the heck let`s see what the new rims look like on it. Simply put, the rim will not fit the GY6 on the Bashan,ID too small.I really need to know what the axle shaft dimensions are on a motor before I purchase one.Limits my options to just the Minarelli engine.

I think I am going to do something like what the Ruckus`have for the foot pegs.I just have to determine the best way to mount them through the plastic.

Hey Bud .We`re reading your posts. I don`t know about the rest but I have so many questions that I don`t even know where to begin. How did you accommodate the upright cylinder in the location of the original flat motor? Do you have some better pictures ,maybe on photobucket or some such? My eyes are old.

Bought new forks for it.They came off a CR125 I think, not sure .I was a little concerned about the ones I had fabricated.I was unable to determine how to remove the fork legs so that I could change the oil and weld a brake bracket on it . If anyone knows how to do that ,let me know . I would like to complete them , just because.Russ Here are the new forks, I think they will be strong enough,Huh?

Okay, who has one and what did you do to mount it? What model components did you order , or the process you went through to fit your scoot

Couple of questions. I ride 27 miles , one way, to work and I have a couple of questions related to reliability and comfort. I ride close to WOT for that distance and need to know any specific areas I should be sure are looked at . Also, does anyone have any ideas on how the seats can be made more comfortable .This thing is killing my butt! ;D And has anyone added foot pegs to their scoot? If so , how did you mount them?

Am debating power train. I can I either use a GY6 based one that incorporates the 150cc for a kart with a sprocket so that I can utilize a spoked 16" wheel(Will not work, did`nt think it through. ).Or build a swing arm assembly that incorporates a Lifan 125 cc engine similar to a moped setup without the pedals. Either way I will have to build a swing arm assembly.Nope
