Rich, I love you man! Thanks. I'm keeping an eye on it. I think you are right in that it's a bad stamp job at factory. Should I have it warranties or just leave it be?

Yes, it's much louder now. Used to sound like a sewing machine and now it sounds like a dirt bike.
It definitely was not plugged. I blew are threw every section of the hose and checked the air box.
I did not see any threads on the breather tube at all. It appeared that the only thing holding it in place was some rtv sealant (white). Is there supposed to be threads on the end?

So I went through the vent hose system and could find nothing obstructing the flow. This is what I found when I removed the breather tube. I'm pretty sure that the abrasion is from after it popped out and was vibrating and rubbing on the edge of the hole it came out of. I'm concerned that there wasn't something keeping the metal tube from backing out of the hole, a keeper from the inside. Does anyone know if there is one and if I should be concerned that there is a loose part in my crank? Here are some pics: flic.kr/p/oP9fuKflic.kr/p/p6CvHBflic.kr/p/p4AszQflic.kr/p/oP8rZc

I am talking about the one in my Avi. I'll call them. I'm wondering if that is causing my crank case vent tube to pop out of the valve cover???

Thanks Alley! I'll check that. I reinserted it this morning and before I got home it was already blown off. The bike has 1700 miles. Should I have cleaned out the breather hose or is there a collection canister for the blow by?

My muffler stopped muffling the noise about a week ago. At first it sounded like something was rattling inside it but the it stopped and now it just sounds like a 250 dirt bike. It looks like something broke inside. Anyone have this happen to them? I have emailed killermotorsports.com twice with no response. ? flic.kr/p/oNvfY7flic.kr/p/oNvfR3flic.kr/p/oNv2HP

I discovered the hose attached to what appears to be a metal plug going into the valve cover of my Honda Clone 247cc. Can anyone tell me what it is and why it would have come loose and got oil everywhere? flic.kr/p/oNuXJsflic.kr/p/oNuLec

I win! I have the fastest 250 scooter and the picture to prove it. Yes, that says I am going 100+ MPH! LOL. WTH? My speedo blows. What is the fix?

Oh man have I missed you guys' humor. Great ideas. Not sure why, but that area on my dash just screams aftermarket drink holder. Answering some questions here. In 110 degree heat, a Circle K Polar Pop styrofoam cup filled with ice cold Mt. Dew is my drink of choice. So, I am really considering installing something there big enough for my 44oz cup. I have seen and like most of those recommendations you boys provided, but they tent to be either to narrow for a 44ozer or not deep enough to manage the weight without tipping. Thought maybe one of you had my issue and the remedy. Any other thoughts. FYI, I put another 87 miles on the Roketa yesterday. Freakin love that machine. Thanks to all you guys for recommending the liquid cooled 250. I'll never go back now.

Hey guys. Sorry I've been AWOL for a while. I now have over 1000 miles on my 2014 Roketa MC 54 250 scooter. I am absolutely loving it and drive it EVERYWHERE even in the 110 degree heat here in AZ. I've had virtually no mechanical problems with the motor or CVT. Strongly recommend one for everyone. My only issue is that I need a place to put my 44oz Mt Dew when I am cruising around in the heat. Give me your recommendations. My thoughts are to cut a hole in the dashboard face where there is already a circular indentation and install some kind of contraption to hold the drink in place. What say you and/or what have you done?

I noticed that when I use my turn signals, they work and the light on my dash blinks as well, but there is not audible noise like on my other scooter. Is this normal? I sent in for a warrant claim on this and KM sent me a new flasher, but it also doesn't make noise.

Thanks John. I had the red and black figured out, but I was looking for more specific info on where the switched power is on my particular scoot.

That's a great idea. Do you have a photo of this type installed? I'm a visual guy for sure.
