Thank you brother and welcome home!
I wish to take a moment to thank those that have served and those that are still serving our great Country today. Take a moment tomorrow and thank a Vet or better yet give them a hug.

I should modify mine. SSGT, US Army, 1968-1970. Pa Nat'l Guard 1972-1975. Vietnam 1969-1970, 25th Infantry Div.

A salute to all Veterans around the world here and gone. Drafted June 1965, was trained at Fortknot Kentucky, took Aireborne training at Fort Benning Georgia(for the extra $50.00 jump pay ). Joined the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg North Carolina. Sent to Vietnam in January of 1966 home base was AneKay Central Highlands with the 1st of the 12th Air Cav Division. I was promoted to Squad Leader Buck Sargeant, got wounded June of 1966, out of commission for 3 weeks but was not sent home then got wounded badly on December 17th of 1966 7 days prior to coming home for good, spent the next year and 1/2 in hospitals. Thank you very much to all the veterans out there! My dad was in the Navy, so I grew up in a military family. I know it can be rough, even in times of peace.

Hat's off to all Veterans and Thanks for letting us live the way we do! Today is also my anniversary so although it is Veteran's Day to everybody else, it is also considered, " D-Day" to me!
