As I have heard they put the cheap tires on the rear of all the trikes... Even the front tires are best to change, wow what a difference that alone made

I have talked to a guy at the coffee shop that said he has one and loves it. He had not been able to ride it much and only had a couple hundred miles on it.

Ger....Do not put the same type of chain back on it or you will have the same problem. Take that old chain off go get a motorcycle chain for it, I am leaning to a o=ring type. That chain that is on there now can be purchased in any farmers supply and most haedware stores. They use the chino chains on bailers and other farm machines that normally have loaded adjusters on them. It is so cheap you get a 10 ft long chain for $28... Also make sure you have the rear sproket aligned a good as you can, change the spacer if you have to as it will cause you a lot of problems

Better check your break pads....Lee the stators are protected from the water fine...If he left his in the rain than yes he cpould have shorted something out or burn the stator from a short from the warter. The connectors on these things are just not water friendly...I know I did it and and I had to track it down, get a meter and follow the flow...

Lee yes the material is different and I will post pitcures later when I will also post pictures on the hub Mods I am gong to do. I also used the material on my after market trunk on the rear of the Honda Reflex and may use on the new wind shield for the when I get the larger one. I stil have to take it easy for a few more weeks the Doc says so when I can I will get the magnum in the air and pulll the deck and get the hubs mod done and no more play/movement in the wheels. Also amd going to do more under glass work on the deck, I think that is the reason they now have that metal web added on the new ones. I am now have a crack/split over one fender were I did not web and glass underside. May over lay the whole deck with 2 layers of glass and PVC than have it painted.

I hate them water probems. Mike was not the key and switch it was the connectors to the switch, water from the V section over the front drip down and you all know how the connectors are..next to nothing really. Had to clean and spray and wrap.
