well toke the thermistat out toke the waterpump apart full of bluegup i guess the first person didnt know that the blue water was nasty stuff.how to get it all out do i use a flush for aluminome well you no what i meanengines? sorry cant spell. need help please

sounds like rollers shifted in the track when you went that fast over the engine the clutch had the belt check that out

it was metal pieces like the threads from from a bolt hole

check the power at the cdi if i even looked at mine it would stop working toke out each wire 1 at a time closed the gap so the blades fit tighter in them had to use my probe to make sure they where all back down where they belonged checking power to them at the same time started rite up now havewhiteish blue spark when i bought it had yellow spark

carb issue

well my scooter started chking out the other day when i went around a corner put gas in ran better well that didnt last went to start it thursday to goto work no luck well toke the carb off found what looked to be peaces of black threads like a screw came out and pulled them out my magnatized screww driver bit picked them up they where 2 pieces big enough to go over the jet holes any idea where they came from the only place i can think of is from inside the fuel pump any ideas? thanks for all your help

my sunl is in miles not kalomiters its a sun l sl 250-29 so i would see about getting that speedometer head unit plus my mph is rite according to my ford trk

check the oil i was about 2 ounces low and my bike 2008 sunl 250 was doing the exact same thing so thats where i would check first i also just changed my oil last week i guess i didnt put enough in check with dipstick just touching the threads on the center stand let me know if that helped or not

as for the electrical you need to check all hook up as im still doing on mine i just got it and it has 300clicks on it runs great then dies sometimes my cdi wirers are not tight enough till yesterday that is now they are runs great check there first

thats alot for any of those scooters id keep looking you can get a new 150 for rite around 1000$ here in fort smith so there out there being in the city i would look for a kemco dealer there very nice scoots

well the hole in the diapham would make it sputter the new wireing would be what i would look at get a ohm meter start traceing power check the fuses go from there
