If you have a Roketa 54B two of those connectors on the carb are not usable. There are on the CVT side. Should see both of them when you lift up seat and look down. The other connector you are talking about I'm not sure which one you mean. More information please.

It comes in one gallon containers. All you will need is just a quart. But you will have plenty if you have a leak or re drain system. I use Prestone 50/50 mix and it works great.

Gas filter is located under the scooter between the gas tank and the fuel pump. I get at mine by removing the middle bottom plastic on the oil filler side.

You got me. Maybe the year as mine is 2008 and the two screws I am talking about are right under where your butt would be if you were sitting on it. With the screws removed and plastic cover you are looking straight down at the carb.

What you need to do if you think your belt is slipping is pick up a 2" wire brush which fits on your drill and scratch the inside of the bell. Then gently remove the slick feeling on the shoes. I had the same problem but it happened in the cold or hot weather. Mine had a squeak when I started off.
I have the same impact wrench as you do. It works fine for removing the variator nut and pulley nut. The best way I found to remove the pulley not is to set the impact wrench on it and squeeze the rear brake hard so the wheel doesn't move. If that doesn't work then you may need to apply heat to it as Cruiser said.

That name is the manufacture in China. Roketa is just the importer from certain factories. Nice looking 150. I would say your hp is the 9.5 as is most GY6 engines. Enjoy it and lets us know how it runs.

Open up the seat, remove the 2 screws and take off that plastic piece and you are looking right at the carb and battery.

I know you changed plug but did you check for spark? If spark is blue we need to go to fuel. Have you changed fuel filter? Have you checked vacuum lines for cracks? A cracked or missing or loose vacuum line will prevent starting.

The AF screw is located under the front of carb. The only way to adjust it is to loosen both carb clamps and turn carb towards CVT cover. Then take a long screw driver and adjust from exhaust side. Make sure pipe is cool to touch.

Call your credit card company. You paid for a new carb not a defective one.

Having a person who worked in a scooter factory tell me I should be using high test is good enough for me.

Todd, you are getting excuses. They should just send you a new carb. Like you really paid wholesale for it.

Recently I took my scooter to a Chinese scooter shop owned by two brothers who are both from China and worked at scooter assembly plants. He found the problem to be in the diaphram and was able to get the scooter running smooth again.
While I was there he asked me what type of gas I was using so I told him 87 octane. You should be using 90 octane he said as the manual says. I said well US gas is better then China gas, we have higher octane and China used leaded gas. He came back with China doesn't use a octane rating it uses a Ron formula, plus he added China hasn't used leaded gas since the year 2000. 90 octane is for USA scooters and that is what I should be using.
So now it was time to do the math. In my town 90 octane gas is $.11 more then regular unleaded. So if I purchased 100 gallons of the 90 octane gas I would spend $11.00 more. Now my 250 cc scooter averages 71 MPG so using the 100 gallons of gas as an expample I can go 7,100 and spend only $11.00 more.
Do I want to be cheap and save the $11.00 or put in the right octane and spend the $11.00? To me this is a no brainer as it will take me about a year or longer to put 7,100 miles on my scooter.
