Here is a diagram of the fuel and vacuum lines..any leaks and the scooter will not run...
See the next post...

It is called a petcock.. the cranking engine creates vacuum which opens it. The carb should have fuel in the float bowl.. this is what starts the engine...
Check for spark on the plug and fuel flow to the carb when you crank.. it should pee gas...at the fuel line at the carb

That has been attempted many times before.. the flywheel is mostly likely bent now. It may not look bent but when you run the engine again it will likely wobble like crazy unless you were really lucky...
Oh ya .. don't loose the woodruff key.. it is a common GOTTCHYA!

All stators are AC power.. some have a CDI that is DC and the current is converted to DC by the rectifier/regulator.

You should get 90 volts on the red/black all the others should be around 15volts

NO Flywheel MARKS.. you MUST set the piston at Top Dead Center (TDC) at the top of the cylinder, physically.
This is critical.
I know there is stuff on the internet talking about T marks or F marks but they are WRONG.
You take the head off... then rotate the engine on the fan/flywheel side clockwise and watch the piston move up and down in the cylinder. Look at the flywheel for the T mark.. this will put you on the compression stroke... when the T comes close to the marker point slowly turn the engine over until the piston comes UP and then just begins to fall back DOWN.. then move the engine back a bit until the piston is EXACTLY at the top of the cylinder.. this is top dead center. I usually jam the flywheel with a door stop etc so I don't move things by accident.
Put the head on, align the cam sprocket to the edge of the head EXACTLY and then making sure the cam chain is fully on the lower crank sprocket, put it on the cam sprocket. Tighten the head bolts down and tension the cam chain.. . then torque the head bolts to spec about 13 ft/lbs on a 150cc in a criss-cross pattern... you should be good...
this work best for me...
There are methods that use a straw in the spark plug hole to 'feel' TDC.. but I have never had much luck doing it this way...If you do a search here I'm sure there are descriptions of this method.. might be worth a try rather than pulling the head again...

My stator hooks straight to the rectifier/regulator plug. with 2 wires separate that attach to bullet connects one for the enricher the other I can't remember where it goes... it doesn't touch the harness at that connection. The red wire runs to the batter for charge voltage and the yellow to the lights... The diagram shows the standard stator set-up for scooters with an AC CDI and the voltages... But for what you want you need a 3 phase 11 pole set-up Attachments:

This is the one on my Lifan - 8 poles...the enricher runs direct from the stator on AC power However with an EFI and electric fuel pump you really need 11 poles... Attachments:

You need this done by a machine shop...because the tolerances are very very tight. Or invest in a case bore tool from NCY www.mbe-motorsports.com/catalog/index.php/cPath/1_95people have tried to do this with a dremel tool it doesn't work... This video explains what you need to do

Well it is likely fuel flow...or electrical
Are you certain the cam chain is on correctly...did use use top dead center? If you used the 'T' mark on the flywheel you probably a link out on the chain...the 'T' is the fire point of the pick-up coil.. it is NOT top dead center

Scooter batteries are fairly small and there are a couple of sizes.. you could get a mower battery at Walmart but it won't likely fit in the battery box.. and you will need to wire it in under the seat.
But scooters will run with NO Battery.. so I don't think that is your problem...certainly a new battery will turn the starter faster, but if it hasn't started in a couple of pushes of the starter button something else is wrong...
As advised by silver fo get your battery load tested first.

Thanks for the picts.. that is a center tapped stator... a 4 pin rectifier regulator won't work...you need a 5 or 7 pin...
Or put a new 6 pole stator back on and use the 4 pin regulator...
