all i can tell u is this.... its gonna take alot of fiddling to get it to really well running i had to also. but once its done its fine. when it gets really cold i have to mess with the carb a bit to get it running great in cold and then again once it gets very hot again but its well worth it

i always find it amusing that bois or men yell things at people as they drive away.
if you got the guts to say anything say it to my face not when your running/driving away

:)the only thing i didnt see is.... air & fuel lines..
if they are still stock OEM i'd change 'em quick, esp fuel, i forget the brand , umm they're yellow get 'em at any auto store. different sizes so measure urs, or take a nipple to store
other than that, you did a FANTASTIC job is this ur 1st scoot?
& all black ummmmmm, i luv it BUT if you ride at dawn, dusk or night put a few reflectors on the sides or a LED 13 inch colored strip under the floor board , facing the ground. u can screw it in securely, wire a extra toggle switch in { if NOT illegal in your state}
gotta make sure the cagers see ya, cause they never do!!!!!!!!!!!

well just make sure you have strong brake lights and stick a couple reflectors on the sides. or better yet, wire a couple 13 inch LED strips underneath.
just wanna make U visible to the cagers

once u get all the tiny bugs worked out it'll run great (hopefully) i have over 8,000 miles on 'Chrissy" like i said i killed the magneto, but other than that shes been all stock runs like a beast, top speed of 67 mph police verified with radar gun
just keep up on maintenance
good luck still would like to see some pics

sorta reminds me of 'Chrissy" her seat is all tore up { thanks to piggers} lotta cracked plastics
but 67 mph on a 150cc P.O.S. chinese crap is kinda good
if i want to, i beat everyone off the line, including if they know we r racing

MYLLOYD, HI
You have a great scooter there. i also have a Shanghai Schenke Motorcycle Company LTD model SL15021B a 2008
Bashan is correct. Shanghai Schenke is a manufacturer for jonway
from personal experience and from others, i have determined this company seems to have cared about quality, more than any other chinese company. well except things like air/gas lines, which might have held up, but from everyone's opinion, i changed immediately .
i have had VERY few problems with mine. and the probs i had were my fault. like spraying tons of water near the stator / magneto to wash off salt from winter riding, and i killed the magneto.
i really don't think there is a specific manual for it, i have always just used generic ones.
i do have a link for my model for plastic parts took a year to find it, lol
but hope yours is as great as mine, it would be fantastic to have someone else praising Shanghai Schenke, instead of just me

another thing u have to remember most satisfied customers dont leave compliments they just expect it.
negative comments come from people who EXPECT perfect and dont get it. could be something very small. but they b*tch a ton about it.
gotta read between the lines on complaints.
also a ton of people get a scoot 'dropped shipped' have NO idea about PDI's or anything then 100 miles later it breaks and they bitch .
just my 2 cents.
now me , personally, id never buy a dropped shipped bike, unless it was a SUPER GREAT buy, and i know how to do a PDI.
im not gonna unwrap it and hop on and ride
