You might just pull the cvt cover, and see what is stamped on the original belt. That way you'll be sure you're ordering the right size....not what someone else believes to be the right size. Gates Premium, or Bando.....search and pick a vender.

This is the item you need.. link. I have never lost one, but I do have a lock washer under each, and check for snugness at every oil change. Don't believe you'll find Loctite to be effective, considering the temperatures reached in that area.

Try Chrome Battery, they should have a replacement. I put one of theirs in my scoot, back in June of 2014, and it's still going. I do keep a tender on it during the off season......I'm very pleased with my $22.90, shipped to the house purchase.
I have gone back to Chrome twice for other batteries, since then. I have too many bikes, atv's, and things. They ship via Priority Mail.....usually takes 2 days to arrive.

No it didn't....Jonway thought freaking speakers would be nice on a scooter. I needed something to fill the holes left in the glove box door, when the speakers were removed. That was back in May of 2012, when there was only 188 miles on the odometer. I took a bit of heat over the mounting location, in the linked thread......but both the volt meter, and oil temp gauge, have done there job for over 5 years, and more than 12,000 miles. 82* when I got home from my 32 mile coffee run....last leg of trip was 14 nonstop miles, starting at 460 feet, and ending at 1608 feet above sea level. Snapped this pic just after pulling in driveway. Not the least bit concerned, as it's normal to see temps well in excess of 210* while pulling the hills that surround me. Level running is another story....at moderate speeds the oil stays below 200*.....and in cool weather, you're lucky to get anywhere near 180*. Thought some of you might be interested

I think a venting issue would take more than 2 or 3 seconds to cause a problem. You say the carburetor has been cleaned, but it sure sounds like you have, at least a partially plugged jet. If you haven't made some big changes to your air intake recently, and you have fuel flowing to your carb, I'd be taking a close look at those jets.
Have you tried taking off more conservatively, like half throttle or less? The main jet comes into play at half throttle and above. Before that, the pilot jet is doing it all. Easy to determine the culprit, but I'd inspect and clean both.

Crap in tank partially blocking outlet? Tank vent working properly? Intake manifold in good shape and mounted securely? Sticky carburetor....when was it cleaned last? And yes, do check those valve clearances.
I just ran across another of your threads, in a different section of this forum.
Is this the same scooter that had the cracked, leaking fuel tank.....the one you sealed up with some sort of epoxy?

I'd get something like this: JetsMight start with an 85, see how it goes. If it wants to bog when more than half throttle is applied....it's too big. If it runs ok with an 85, in time, you should see the color of the plug shift towards tan. You certainly won't need the 95 if you still have a stock airbox and exhaust system. Nice to have the larger sizes on hand, in case you decide to make more upgrades to your scoot, at a later date. Lastly....you have no reason to apologize for your english......well done virtualmind

Fuse.
Any AC fired engine will run without a battery.......but DC powered signals, horns, gauges, switches, and the like...require an intact fuse to work.

After hundreds and hundreds of posts on your threads, and literally thousands of views, I think you have a lot of heads spinning.....I know my is. I mean no disrespect towards you, but think it's time for you to throw in the towel. There is no way a 107 should be to big, if the air filtration system is functioning properly. Here is what I would suggest......Get a new carb, they are dirt cheap.....like this one 150cc carbYou may have to adjust the idle mixture a bit.......but after that leave it alone. You should be able to run at least 50 without any problems. If not, it isn't the carbs fault.

Yesterday's weather was nearly perfect for two wheeling, so in the morning, I took the scoot out to get its annual state inspection, then on to McDonalds for coffee and conversation, and back home by lunch time. A nice little, very enjoyable, 33 mile ride. After a short mid-afternoon nap, wifey asked if we could go for a ride....she didn't need to twist my arm too much to get me to say, "ok,let's go". The R1200C called "Dooley" is her favorite, so off we go on a late afternoon-early evening, country road cruise, with of course, an ice cream cone stop included. Back home by a bit after 7PM, having traveled 37 miles.
So... two rides in one day, two totally different machines, plus one happy wife (she enjoys the bike as much as I do), equals one great day.......Life is good
