Charlotte streets seems kinda scary for a small scooter. Do you venture far?

Dynabeads seem to work for me. I put 2oz in each tire.
I don't know about changing shocks. I guess if they can no longer control the spring and cause a bouncy ride, then they are worn out.

I've never been pleased with my Chinese scooter headlights. They were awful on my 150cc. On my 250B, the left is higher and brighter than the right. I think there is an adjustment, but it looks like you'd have to take the front off to get to it.

Looks like the tire to me. While watching the video, sight along the side of the rim all the way to the front of the wheel. Pick a reference point on top of the brake caliper and you'll see that there is no side to side movement of the rim.

radio

If I what I am thinking is correct, when you take off the front cowling you'll see a thin, black wire coming off the radio that isn't connected to anything. I believe that is the antenna. Of course, I may be wrong (that would not be the first time). You could try to reposition it or make it longer.
There are a ton of screws holding the front on. Some are hidden under the aluminum floor boards and behind the front wheel.

Welcome mbailey12001! What are you riding? Do you know of the Charlotte Scooter Cult? At first glance of their website, they don't seem to be all that accepting of Chinese scooters.

The problem I had with screws on my last Chinese 150cc was pretty much my fault. I kept experimenting with various headlight bulbs which meant that the front of the scooter was taken off many times. Eventually the speed nuts would break along with bits of the plastic body.
Just be careful not to lose the screws and replace the hardware when necessary. On my current scooter, the previous owner thought duct tape was better than screws so I had to go to the hardware store and buy some screws. I picked out some sheet metal screws that were a close match, but couldn't find a them in the stainless variety, so they will probably corrode quickly.

Of course, you'd probably need to pay attention to what happens underneath that storage compartment with the engine, shocks and stuff.

Cool idea. I really don't like the way my 250B's underseat storage area is full of cubby-hole spaces. The deep parts are really pointless anyway if you carry anything larger than a pack of playing cards.

Matching the scooter paint is a crap shoot. Duplicolor's Perfect Match line of paint is a good place to eyeball your colors. They are available at stores like O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Yes something is wrong with 15.00 a month, unless you live in BANDIDO terriotory or something. I Have a PST150H Trike and I have Foremost from Michigan and I pay $121.00 full coverage and that includes towing and assistance they will even come to my garage and fix a flat. Alleyoop I think that comment was about the $70/mo rate from the OP.
