Looks fine to me.
What tool do you use to remove the variator nut that involves the clutch?? Ive never involved the clutch when removing the variator nut using 3 different methods.

On the cool mornings around 50 or so my scoot is a tad flat at WOT for a few minutes. I assume its because the enricher no longer richens the mix. Once it warms up it runs great.
My question is can i assume the jetting is correct if it is a bit lean at first when cold? If it wasnt then it would be too rich then once it warmed up and the temps got up as well right?

In his defense I have swapped parts to another scoot for diagnostic purposes to see if that finds the problem. You may have jumped the gun leaving with it so soon.

Check the rubber diaphram under the cap. Look for tears or it might be pinched and not in its groove. It could also be jetted rich.

Its a 1 cylinder motor not a gargantuan racing engine lol especially at 9 bucks a quart thats going to be short lived.

30 weight dino oil. Change at 100 miles, again at 300 then step up to a 40 weight since 80 percent of the breakin will be done.

Usually Im pretty good at spotting potential improvements but on yours I dont realy think the wheels will add much...looks good the way it is! Maybe a gunmetal but I woildnt go black or red.
