Yes some scooters have the air box mounted in front/inder the seat bucket . I see more of them on top of the cvt . there are many holes for bolts and even the wire harness that have extras that are not used . Some emngine come with drum brakes and have the mounts for disk brakes . As long as things are not loose and falling/rattling off I think you will be fine .
The picture above has the air box above the cvt , I'm sure in your video I did not see the air box . You said your air box in is under your seat . So the pic above is not one of your ride , but one that looks like it . Is that correct ?

above the cvt you find an air box , does you carb have an air filter . I use pod filters and remove the air box (they like to crack leak air and mess with your a/f adjustment). So again it looks like the only cvt screw that is missing is the one that secures the carb drain . For 10 or $15 you get a pod filter and never mind the air box (good luck getting the correct one) anyway .
Not trying to sound like a wise guy here , you can go nuts waiting for parts then find out they don't fit . Get the pod and start riding otherwise it will be xmass and you will still be pulling your hair out and not riding .

In your video I only see one missing screw . The one to hold the carb drain end in place .

I complain yo the guys at work about the cost to fill up , bone dry $6 . They spend $60 + . I also pay at the pump with the card . Sometimes the full service station won't let you pump your own . They ask how much , I tell $100 maybe $110 .
