my money is it is ac cdi , if the stator he posted a picture of is a replacement for his stator . That is not a 3phase stator the paper wraped coil is the ac coil for ignition .
cdi wiring :
Fixed ground
switched ground
power
pulse (could be 2 wire)
feed to coil
crank the engine and read acv from the white wire , let us know .

are you sure the hand drawn diagram is correct , is the pickup coil two wire ?

even a picture of the stator plug may help . looks like two wires from the ignition switch and 3 off the stator . two from the pulse coil I can understand that . what is the pulse coil voltage ?

Hi, Here the schematics of the CDI on my scooter, he is a DC-CDI?  I need some info here : the BL from the ignition switch what is it doing in the on and off position . Then the y/w off the stator to the rectifier then turns BL/W what is the voltage while cranking and is it AC or DC voltage ? Please add the info to the diagram . John |

Pictures tell the story best , if you have trouble posting pictures all you need to do is ask how too .
