i just saw this tread i think you did a great job there the only thing i have a question about is did you change your R/R most 150cc scoots have a four wire setup and i think the mototr you are using needs an seven wire R/R

a couple extra coats of wax will help cleaning them things off the reflex

how i check for spark is to get my nieghbor to hold the plug wire while i crank the motor over if he jumps and yells then i know i have spark (really have done this)

nah he just has a spare motor for taking pics of like nascar host when showing how def parts of the cars work

well i maded $60 in alittle over and hour today doing some mech. work replace the variator and clutch on blue had one of the clutch arms to break at the pivot and i upgraded the variator to a KOSO unit

i say that the piston is hitting it like royldoc said put one or two more compresion ring on the plug should take care of it

as long the sensor does not block oil flow and you dont drag it across something that will beak it off should be ok
