yes i still say give it a try and yes get a new plug it is very hard to get a fouled plug cleaned to where it will work under pressure

have you crank it over with the plug out sounds like you have flooded the thing when you pull the plug and it is wet with gas you will need to crank it over a few times to blow out the extra gas in the cylinder you say youn have cleaned and dry the plug i will say get a new plug as well

plug it off it was a carcoal canaster for emissions you will be better of without it

use form -a- gasket not silicone it will seal better

check your water pump there is a wep hole and if you see strikes around it the seals are going out

ok how long is the bolt? i am not sure but i think you may have it in the wrong spot when you have the oil pump chain on there is a plate that bolts over it and it will use the hole just to the right and a little bit lower

sounds like you may need a new thottle cable does the grip turn freely or does it sping back put the bike on the center stand start it does the rear wheel spin when giving gas and does the engine rev up when given gas it could also be the belt has broken let us know what happens with these test and that will help to pin point the problem
