You can make a puller using a socket large enough for the bushing to slide into. Set the socket against the engine mount, run a bolt with a washer that is slightly smaller than the bushing thru the other side of the bushing and out the socket with a nut and washer on it. Then as you tighten the nut it will pull the bushing into the socket. Reverse the process to install the new bushing.

Mine was missing when I got the scooter. I just cut a piece of hard rubber I had lying around, drilled a hole through the middle and bolted it to the bracket on the stand.

Had an annoying rattle on my Bali. It turned out that the rubber bumper on my center stand had fallen off and the stand was slowly hammering a hole in the underside of the CVT case.

I haven't posted much on here, although I read quite a bit, so I thought I would share this.
Roller weights. I've read a lot about them on the various forums but always kind of felt that something so small just couldn't make that much difference. Well I was wrong.
I had picked up my used 50cc last year. Sure it was fun to drive if not a bit of a dog, especially up hills. Got this one hill leaving town on the way home that I could only hit 10 to 15 MPH on. Top speed on the level was 35ish, depending on wind.
I got one of those tiny tach knock offs and saw that at best I was just hitting 6000RPM, no higher, ever. Bought a scale, pulled and weight the current weights. 6.5 grams. Figured I'd have to got down a ways to get the RPM's up into the power band so I ordered 4 gram rollers.
When they came I weighed them, 4.3 grams. In they went and down the road I go. Did it make a difference? You bet! Better acceleration. A variator that you can actually feel "variate". RPM's up to just a hair over 7100. Top level speed 41MPH. And the dreaded hill from town now at 21MPH. It's like riding a different scooter. $12 well spent.
I know, what about the cost of the tach and scale? Diagnostic tools. After all, I have three more scooters, and you can bet they won't be the last ones I own!

Sounds like a bad ground. Check all of your bulb sockets for corrosion and any frame grounds that you can find..

If the rear brake is the drum type, there is an adjuster. Look down at the rear wheel hub, left side under the rear end of the CVT case. There will be a barrel nut on a long threaded rod. Turn this nut clockwise to take the free play out of the brake lever.
As far as the up and down movement of the lever, that just means the mounting hole the bolt goes through is worn. Only easy way to fix that is to replace the lever.

The seal around the piston on my Bali's left master cylinder was leaking after around 5,000 miles.
