The hoses all need to be clamped..they are probably leaking vacuum..use a metal spring clip on each hose connection or a 5 inch zip tie and pull it tight with pliers...
The enricher is on backwards...the wires should be down to the ground..loosen it and swivel about 45 degrees..

Check the fuse or continuity..they can look good but be bad...are you certain the battey has a charge? it is likely something simple, not wiring problems..but I have seen mice eat through wiring...

I have never seen a blocking diode in a scooter... i suppose anything is possible...
Are you certain younaten't turning the key to an 'accessory' position in error?
Does it have an alarm system?

Most likely the pick up sensor..they can be very flakey... they cost about $12 ...worth trying first
Loose the alarm...sometimes you can take out the fuse other times it gets very complicated, and requires a bridge connection between two wires in the harness plug...
Try the fuse if it has one

Change the fuel filter and the air filter. The fuel filter must be for a gravity feed ..not for cars... I would also think about a new petcock or fuel pump diaphram..depending on what you have...also time to check the variator weights for flat spots...check all hoses for cracks as well as the valve stems on each wheel..

I agree with alley...air getting into the exhaust or the AVC valve..the enricher needs to seat right or it won't function properly.

You need a compressor with lots of CFM of air..these little diaphram machines aren't up to the job...

Carb Help?

Also be certain the carb is level right to left and front to back when it sits on the intake elbow..it doesn't take much of an angle to get the float to stick open... from the photo it looks to be on an angle..hard to say...

What do you mean no spark plug in it..no compession? The starter turns the engine over very quickly?
Or it won't fire...

I don't hink the chain guide is a problem, but i would replace it just for chuckles..ya..the piston has been slapping...it is a design flaw in these pistons the rings should be spaced out more to pervent the skirts from contacting the cylindar walls...get some wear on those oil rings..and the slappin' starts.

Check your air filter and the hose to the carb...these engines work on vacuum, and reduced air flow could cause a 'rich' condition, worth a try...pull the air filter and see what happens on a test ride

You have the chain tensioner removed from the block? Are certain the cam chain is on the crank teeth correctly? Sometimes they can get off to the side...People put in stroker cranks all the time..I can't seeing it being this kind of problem...the new 63 mm jug is the same length as stock?

I believe you need a sender designed for electronic fuel gauges...the ones in most scooters are analogue, really the float simply acts as a moving centertap on resistance coil, which varies the resistance and changes the needle on the guage...
There are scooters with electronic fuel guages..but I have no idea what type of sender they use..they may work on voltage change within the gauge rather than straight resistance

How much longer is the crank and rod? 4 mm right? So you use a 4 mm spacer and most likely a 94 link cam chain...
