The wheel doesn't look to be running true on the axle, there also appears to be a spacer missing, between the swing arm bearing extension and the wheel..usually it is just a steel bushing...

Might be running lean..? check your air/ fuel mixture...
But trying going up in octane first and if you can ....avoid ethanol blends...

Sure.. need to know you have a gravity feed or fuel pump...if the tank is above the engine it is a gravity feed...below the engine it is a fuelpump...
You should test the petcock before you buy one...do a search here on the forum...also your problem could be electrical...hard to say...

I don't think Chinese scooters are snitty...actually for the price, they are great! Have you completely flushed the tank and fuel system? Cleaning the carb, does nothing you need to clean the system and replace the fuel filter...sounds like the petcock, or fuel pump...check you vacuum lines.

There is no replacemment for displacement... but by the time kick it up to 182cc, it may be cheaper to buy a 250 cc
You won't be able to ride at 60 mph...all the time, the engines are not designed for that...
Save your our money and buy a motorcycle...

Did you gap the rings and stagger the gaps and hone the cylinder wall?
In a GY6 the rings only go in one way correctly...use nonnsynthetic oil for first 100 miles

You can use packed sand to bent any pipe...it must be dry and packed tight... we used to bend stainless steel pipe like that...

Stabil has never worked for me... Seafoam helps keep the valves clean, and may help keep the carb clean of gunk, but it must be cleaned first...manually...
Please don't believe all the claims for these products and use just a cap full of Seafoam to full tank...
...drain the fuel system when you put the scooter in storage...
