Those are the steps I did exactly. Once the tool is in the flywheel, and eve tightened, as I am turning the bolt to back the flywheel off, the tool itself gets cocked to the left and will eventually just come out without having removed the flywheel. At first I thought it was something I did but after doing it like 10 times and having the same results happen if knew i knew wasn't me. I then thought the tool was not going into the flywheel deep enough, but that seems not to be the issue either. Confused and frustrated!!!

I am trying to remove the flywheel from my tao tao power max 150 and the tool just aint cutting it. Whenever I screw the tool into the magneto and tighten it down, and I begin to tighten down the other bolt to actually remove the magneto, the tool gets, misthreaded and will not allow me to remove the flywheel. This is frustrating!!!

Yup that is the piece, I have tried for DAYS to get someone to the phone and have no zero luck. No one will call me back or anything of the sort. I asked for the guy that mentioned in my prior post about this but he no longer works there and its just frustration. Looking for options. So far I have had good experiences with the vendors on the site like scrap dog and Monster GY6.

What are the advantages and or disadvantages for switching to a 4valve head? I considering the switch and I just want to make sure that a 2v performance head will not be just as or more effective.

I saw one complete GY6 engine on Scrap Dog but does any one else know where to find and complete engine? I want a 200cc without having to mess with my 150cc.
