eating a bowl of chili before food shopping usually gets me to the front of the checkout line.

after installing the bbk, did you up jet? you state that there is plenty of gas to the carb, but is it all reaching the motor?

so after sitting for the winter I decided to wake up my yy150t-12 for a quick first ride of the season. changed the oil, plug and had to install a new battery. while riding my tach started to idle @ 8200 and was pegged @ 30mph, headlights weren't working and directional lit but wouldn't blink on either side. tail light worked, brake light worked, horn worked. ran and drove fine. got home and let it rest overnight and now everything functions normally. all I can think of was maybe some condensation in the connectors?

alley; for a 150cc, carrying a 5ft, 70# Asian it probably would do 62mph for the first month, especially with 13" wheels. ha ha.

sounds like a bad master cylinder if it was working for 2 weeks then stopped.

ok, simple stuff first: is the brake light blown? is the fuse blown? why are we jumping the solenoid to start?

sounds like it needs a good carb cleaning. if it's not properly prepared for winter storage this is what usually happens. gas has a very specific shelf life before it turns into something other than gas and starts to clog stuff up.

not all scooters come from the factory with a fuel filter and yes, you are missing a vacuum line. probably accounts for the bogging issue. right now i'm not sure which line that is, i'd have to go look at mine but i believe it's part off the emissions

just realize, if your 50cc starts going too fast you'll be needing a motorcycle license in most states.

ngk cr6hsa plugs usually work engine type is usually 139qmj there should be an air/fuel mix screw that is sealed from the factory and you'll have to carefully remove the plug to get to it.

is Baccio Italian? I don't think so.
is there a maintenance schedule? other than changing the oil not really. common sense stuff.
what does a tune up consist of? change the oil, air filter, spark plug each spring.
what size jet to use? the one from the factory unless you go bbk.
on EBAY, typing in engine type or displacement usually ends up with better results. most parts (other than the body) are interchangeable. body parts will be the hardest to find so don't drop it.
if you want to go faster, get a big bore kit like alley said or get a bigger bike.
spark plug: NGK
the only thing you should change from the factory is the shipping oil to regular engine oil. some like to replace the factory spark plug and vacuum lines but I don't think it's necessary unless there is a problem. Chinese parts are better than they were.

Getting my yy150t-12 ready for spring. Went to install the 6 month old battery and the positive terminal ended up in my hand. Came right out of the battery. Cheap Chinese POS. I think they do this on purpose. Sorry for the rant.
