I would think a smaller tire would raise rpms at any given speed and that right there is a speed limiter.

I can see getting a gag version (no pun intended) with a push thru cover and letting that unsuspecting buddy push on it!

Yes. More "fluid"
I believe anything you put between the spring and the clutch face compresses the spring a tad and raises rpms a little so you might have to mess with weights.

I used to work at a Chevron and never paid attention. I never noticed the guy who put a few buck of gas in a can and burned down a local landmark building. The cops seized the store video for evidence.

ZNEN is a quality scoot. Its hard not to love these things. Amazing how such a tiny piston can move it.

Ive owned the scooter for 10 mos. I understand that sales tax is not needed on items after 6 mos so I should not have to pay that. What will i need? I have a title with the date on it. Is that considered a bill of sale? I have the original receipt from Killer for 1200.00 dated 10 months ago. I can also download a bill of sale from the FLA DMV and i can have the wife sell it to me for 1.00 as well. Whats the best way to go?

Movement on either shaft including the crank is not good.
