that why you put a row of high power magnets across the bottom of the scooter to catch the nails and bs before the back tire gets it

ou can make your own valve spring compressor using a lagre C clamp you will need to notch the flat pad end of it so it will give room to remove the keepers place the notch end on top of the spring and the screw end will be on the head of the valve and tigthen to screw until the keepers can be pulled out

when you pull the clutch you will need to take it all apart to clean and inspect it did you clean it out when the first belt shreded ?

the valve is most likely bent you need to pull it out and check the stem of the valve if it is then you will need to replace it how does the piston look is it damage?

just for kicks try putting the scooter on the center stand and make sure the side stand is up see what happens

it is not hard just make a soapy watery bath for the beads so they slide on easier

get a oring that is about a 1/16 in thickness that just fits around the cylinder put it on first and slide the lock in the hole then the spring clip will hold it thight

you might be able to take the underbody finder out over the rear tire and get to it good luck

yes allyoop is the man with carbs and the cvt systems on these scooters i have just pu an EFI system on my 150 and it woke up the bike like night and day but i think part of it was due to the fact that the exhaust valve was to thight

get rid of the cork gaskets you need to sim up the cylinder so the piston is not coming out of it
